PROJECT FRAMING

From concept development and stakeholder engagement through to technical design, plant selection and works programming, each project is shaped around its specific conditions and objectives.
       Structural requirements, BCA compliance, biodiversity outcomes, water management and long-term viability are considered from the outset to ensure systems not only look right, but function as intended.

FEASIBILITY & PROJECT VIABILITY

Feasibility is critical to project success. We assess site constraints including structure, access, irrigation, drainage and microclimate conditions to establish realistic project parameters from the outset.
       Access and maintenance requirements are considered early, including working-at-heights equipment such EWPs, BMUs and rope access systems, ensuring installations can be safely and effectively maintained over time.
       Folia Consulting also provides guidance on capital and operational costs, maintenance planning and lifecycle considerations, supporting informed long-terms decision making.
