At Chatswood Place, living infrastructure has been woven into the architecture to create a greener, more welcoming destination within one of Sydney's metropolitan hubs.
The development strengthens connections between retail and public spaces, using planting to introduce nature into the architecture and enrich the everyday experience of people moving through the precinct. Rather than existing alongside the architecture, planting becomes an integrated part of the building itself.
The Junglefy Wall established a thriving living landscape across a previously bare corner of the development, introducing biodiversity, helping reduce urban heat and creating a distinctive identity for Chatswood.
